Founded in 1989 in Casablanca by Monssif Sekkat, Doctor and Researcher in Pharmacy, the company first operated under the name of Laboratoires Jouvence. First specialized in the distribution of cosmetic products with around ten international brands, the company expanded into the Retail sector in 2003 with the acquisition and development of international franchises.
The company continues its growth with the acquisition of Swiss Arabian , major oriental perfumery chain. The number of points of sale is multiplied and the group presence extends to the whole kingdom.
In 2011, Jouvence acquired Maxiclip, one of its main independent competitors, to strengthen its leading position in the market. New international brands added to the Jouvence Group portfolio such as BYPHASSE, Jeanne Arthes, Soleil des Iles…
In the pursuit of diversification, the group is adding two new franchises to its assets, the Spanish footwear chain Xti and the prestigious perfumery chain HARAMAIN.
In 2017 Jouvence Group enters the Drugstores channel distribution by introducing the famous American brand Palmers.
Today, Jouvence Group has around 20 brands, hundreds of products and more than 30 points of sale to its assets.
